Shipping Information
Fulfillment of orders occurs from more than one geographic location, depending on the item ordered. All items are shipped Fed Ex Economy. Your tracking information will be e-mailed to you as soon as your order has been shipped from our distribution center. If your order involves multiple items, individual pieces may arrive in two separate shipments. You will be notified of any split shipments and all tracking information.
If your shipment is expedited from one of our locations in the Caribbean region, there is a possibility that a random customs fee will be incurred. Little Switzerland agrees to reimburse those fees in full upon submission of the customs bill to our Client Services Department.
